SHIPPING

Zee Zee Merino package all goods sent to you in an appropriate manner for shipping with regard to the products purchased, are sent the same day payment for the item clears or the next day as available.

Delivery times

We can’t deliver to a Post Office box or any address which looks suspicious to us. For delivery within New Zealand, we use NZ Couriers. Delivery should take between 2-4 working days and a day or two longer for rural deliveries.

If we are unable to supply the goods ordered or there will be an extra delay, we will advise you and offer you the option for a refund.

International Orders

If we allow shipping to countries outside of New Zealand for any of our products, the cost for international shipping is automatically added on at the checkout and varies according to the country shipped to. The shipping cost may be adjusted further when your order is processed, according to weight and any difference refunded or charged, as appropriate.

Zee Zee Merino does not accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (eg, strikes and natural disasters) or delays which result from Zee Zee Merino not receiving deliveries from third parties on time or as a consequence of an incorrectly filled in delivery address.

RETURNS

Items are sent out in original good condition, packaged appropriately. Claims for any damage or loss in transit must be made as against the shipping carrier.

Sale items

Unfortunately items that have been purchased on sale or discounted from original selling price, cannot be exchanged or returned. If purchasing clothing items check the sizing of the garment or product carefully. Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you need more information about sizing.

Faulty items

All Zee Zee Merino garments are scrutinised throughout the manufacturing process to ensure a high-quality garment is produced, however if you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us on info@zeezeemerino.co.nz.

Any items with faulty manufacturing must be returned within 7 days. The customer bears the cost of shipping and insuring the returned item, unless agreed otherwise. Zee Zee Merino will endeavour to repair or replace the faulty item within 7 days of receipt of the faulty item.

Non-faulty items/ Exchanges

The customer can return an item within 7 days of receipt of such item for refund or replacement. Whether to accept the return of an item is at the complete discretion of Zee Zee Merino. We do not refund or exchange due to a change of mind.

If an item is accepted for return or exchange, the customer bears the cost of shipping the item back to Zee Zee Merino and the item(s) must be returned unused and in the same condition that you received it, in a neatly packed and/or folded, resalable condition with tags and the original packaging. We will not accept items for exchange if they are covered in pet hair, hair, deodorant, make up marks or show signs of wear.

Please include a copy of the original Order Confirmation Email as this is needed as proof of purchase.

No returns will be accepted after 7 days from delivery date, other than faulty products.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

Product returns should be sent by registered mail or by signature required courier delivery. We accept no responsibility for loss or damage occurring in transit.

Include your full details and original invoice being sure to advise whether it is for refund OR exchange. Place it in your parcel along with the goods to be returned or exchanged.

Cancellations / Changing Orders

To cancel a placed online order, you must contact us within 24 hours.

Once you have finalised your order and processed payment it cannot be changed, however you can cancel your order. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us on +64 21 590 308 or email info@zeezeemerino.co.nz.

Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation, as long as it has not been dispatched. If you cancel before your order is dispatched, you will receive a full refund. If your items have already been sent, then your order can no longer be cancelled.

Once your order arrives you will need contact us on +64 21 590 308 to confirm cancellation and return. The customer bears the cost of shipping the item back to Zee Zee Merino and the item must be received in the original condition and with original packing and Order Confirmation Email as this is needed as proof of purchase.

Refunds will be credited against your original method of payment, e.g., to the credit card you used to make the purchase. Please note the original delivery fee will not be refunded.

Please note that Zee Zee Merino does not cover return postage costs for returns or exchanges. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If an item is lost in transit, Zee Zee Merino does not take liability and as such, we recommend including a tracking number with your postage.
